In the Western end, the city flourished with the nobles living wearing plushy clothes portraying the richness in the English culture. Contrarily, the Eastern part of the London echoed with the cries of poverty and miseries, abrogated and derogated by politicians. Around 0.9 million people lived in an abject and cramped situations. This area was neglected by the government and they were reviled in the other parts of London. It was at this place Jack the Ripper killed 5 prostitutes in 1888 very brutally by mutilating their internal organs. The purpose and the murderer still remain as an unsolved conundrum of this world, though it has completed 125 years.
